She has worked in a range of practitioner and leadership roles across the disability sector and is an experience Behaviour Support Practitioner. She has supported individuals with complex, high-risk, and long-standing behaviours of concern, working closely with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams across community and service-based settings. Her experience includes practice in highly regulated environments, requiring strong clinical judgement, ethical decision-making, and a nuanced understanding of risk, trauma, and systemic impact.

We offer genuine work from home roles with flexible hours (permanent part time or full time), internal social work and behaviour support supervision, and a collaborative workplace.
To be considered for a role you must have a relevant tertiary degree, driver's licence and own vehicle, NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card, a suitable home workplace, and disabilty-related work experience.
