Melinda

  Melinda been working with people with disabilities for over 10 years. 


In that time she has worked as a Support Worker, Social Worker, Trainer and Assessor, in various leadership roles, and most recently as a Behaviour Support Practitioner. 


Melinda's formal qualifications are:

  • Bachelor of Arts (Psychology)
  • Masters of Social Work (Professional Qualifying).


Melinda's practice as a Behaviour Support Practitioner is grounded in the social work core principles of:

Melinda enjoys learning about people and their lives and values that she walks alongside clients in their journey through life. Her motto is “do with, not for”. Melinda will work with you to problem-solve and implement strategies that work for you.

Sinead is a dedicated Social Worker with extensive experience supporting people with disabilities and mental health needs. She brings a practical, client-focused approach to her work, having spent years helping individuals navigate the NDIS, build skills for independence, and access community resources. Known for her compassion and expertise, Sinead has worked in a variety of roles across disability and mental health services, where she's built a reputation for empowering clients and collaborating closely with families and support networks.

Work with us

We offer genuine work from home roles with flexible hours (permanent part time or full time), internal social work and behaviour support supervision, and a collaborative workplace.


To be considered for a role you must have a relevant tertiary degree, driver's licence and own vehicle, NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card, a suitable home workplace, and disabilty-related work experience.
